Jeff is a recent graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in international relations and Russian foreign languages and literature. In September, he will travel to Vladivostok, Russia and live there until May. He hopes that this will help him become fluent in the Russian language and help him gain a job in the NGO sector focusing on the former Soviet Union. His other interests include technology, especially Apple products, outdoor activities, and food.
